For an Amer center in Bur Dubai you have 13 GDRFA-licensed choices, and GDRFA's own head office is here too, in Al Jafiliya behind Jafiliya Police Station. Use an Amer center first for renewals, permits and status changes. Go to GDRFA HQ when an Amer counter tells you the case needs GDRFA itself. The area adds 4 Tasheel, 4 Tadbeer and 1 Ejari center.
GDRFA Head Quarters, Al Jafiliya
This is the only GDRFA customer happiness center in Bur Dubai, and one of 9 in Dubai. GDRFA publishes its hours:

This building is often called "Amer center Jafiliya", but it is not an Amer center. The one Amer center in Al Jafiliya on GDRFA's list is Quality General Services. GDRFA lists its own centers for cases an Amer center is unable to complete. For routine work, any of the 13 Amer counters below does the same job.
The 13 Amer centers, by district
- Al Mankhool (3): Smart Click Government Services Center at BurJuman, Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza and Ejad Businessmen Transaction.
- Oud Metha (2): Tareef Services Center and Tasheel Government Services.
- Umm Hurair (2): Happiness Lounge, opposite Dubai TV, and Dubai National Government Services.
- One each: Alyalayis in the Dubai Municipality Building at Al Kifaf, Quality General Services in Al Jafiliya, Prints Business Men Services in Al Shindagha, True Link at the Grand Souk, Aldeyafa on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street, and Arabian Business Centre on 308th Road.
Arabian Business Centre is the only one with published hours (see the FAQ below). Several are branches of larger groups: Al Deyafa has two Amer counters here, Smart Click and Happiness Lounge belong to the same group, and Al Yalayis, Dubai's largest group with 8 licensed points, has an Amer counter and two Tasheel counters in this area.
Names that mislead
Tasheel Government Services in Oud Metha is an Amer center, part of the Ontime Group. The same group runs On Time Business Solution, the actual MOHRE business services counter in Oud Metha, and Tasaheel Government Service, the DLD Ejari trustee in Oud Metha. Tasaheel publishes Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 20:00, closed Sunday. Match the job to the licence type, not the shop sign. Tasheel and Tadbeer
The 4 Tasheel centers are Al Malomat Center in Al Mankhool, On Time Business Solution in Oud Metha and the two Alyalayis counters. For a work permit, see our Tasheel center guide. What the counters charge
Budget the government fee plus the counter's charge. Published price lists, checked , show about AED 100 to 300 per Amer transaction and AED 40 to 200 per typed form; Tasheel commission is capped by MOHRE at AED 72 per service. Ask for the two amounts as separate lines.
