Al Raffa has 20 typing center and clearing listings in our directory. One is licensed: Expat Maids Workers Services Center, a Tadbeer center on MOHRE's list of domestic workers centers. The other 19 are private, 11 clearing offices and 8 typing offices, and 10 of them are on a ground floor. There is no Amer or Tasheel center in Al Raffa, so visa and work permit files go to a counter in a neighboring district.
Where the offices are
The listings fall into two groups. Street-level typing shops sit in the lanes near Ghubaiba Bus Station and Al Rolla Road: Najiha Typing and B2B Document Clearing on 16 Street, Al Rayhan Al Jadeed on 35A Street, Noor Ala Aldarb on Al Rolla Road and Al Marazeeq Translation in Souq Al Khonji on 3C Street. Clearing offices sit higher up in office blocks: Paradise Plus, Manhaj Alkhair and Mithila in Jumbo House, Bayyar and Zunaira Mohy Od Din in the Al Zahraa Techno Centre, and Wide Links in the Al Tayer Building on Al Mina Street.

From HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, checked . SPS Documents Clearing in the Al Khaleej Centre shows as closed every day, which usually means a stale record. HiDubai does not date its listings, so treat any of them as possibly out of date.
A name to watch
Sahel Jumaira Government Transactions Center on Al Rolla Street sounds like a licensed Amer counter. It is not on the GDRFA list. HiDubai files it as a document clearing office, open Monday to Thursday and Saturday 08:00 to 20:30, with a Friday break. For a maid or nanny

Amer counters nearby
