Aldeyafa Government Transactions is a licensed Amer center on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street, Bur Dubai, according to GDRFA's list. That street name is the whole published address: no tower, no shop number. If you are coming from far away, ring first or check the pin against a recent photo on the map.
Two Amer counters with the same name
GDRFA lists two Al Deyafa Amer counters, and people mix them up. This one is on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street; the other, Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza, is in Al Mankhool. Both carry the same GDRFA licence, so a residency file typed at either one goes into the same system. Pick whichever is closer, or whichever answers the phone. MOHRE also lists two Al Deyafa Tasheel licences, but without addresses, so we cannot tell you which building handles labour work.
Before you queue
Amer staff type and submit; they do not decide. Most delays come from files that arrive incomplete. A few things to sort before you go:
- the passport has enough validity left for the visa you want
- the photo meets ICP rules (white background, recent)
- for a new residence visa, the medical fitness test is done
- the sponsor's papers are ready: tenancy, salary letter or trade licence, depending on the case
Our Amer visa application guide walks through which documents go with which file. Once it is submitted, you can follow it with the visa status check instead of going back to the counter. For other counters on the Bur Dubai side, see Amer centers in Bur Dubai.
