Al Qusais has 6 Amer centers on GDRFA's list, five in Al Qusais and its industrial blocks and one in Muhaisnah 4, plus 4 Tasheel centers for labour work and Al Tabu, one of Dubai's 7 DLD trustee centers for Ejari. All four Tasheel centers show in the list on this page, including Tassheel Business Center at the Al Twar Centre in Al Qusais 2. Expect an Amer charge of about AED 100 to 300 per transaction on top of GDRFA fees, and form typing at about AED 40 to 200.
The list also carries about 190 private typing and clearing offices from public directories. They can type and translate but cannot file a visa or work permit, so ask any shop which licensed counter will submit your papers.
Mall counters and shared roofs
Two operators here hold several licences, which saves a second trip when a job crosses departments.
AWS Group at Bin Shabib Mall. Abdulwahed Bin Shabeb Government Transaction Center is the Amer counter. Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Domestic Workers Services, in the same mall on Baghdad Street, is a MOHRE domestic workers center. A family hiring a housemaid can open the worker's file and handle their own residency paperwork in one building.
Al Burj Holding. Tassheel Business Center sits in the Al Twar Centre in Al Qusais 2, and Al Tabu Real Estate Services Trustee covers Ejari in Al Qusais. The group's Amer licence, Altwar Government Service Center, is listed under Al Twar. Al Tabu publishes Monday to Friday 07:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 07:30 to 15:30.

Al Taamul Al Thaki is the Amer arm of the Smart Tasheel group, and Emirates Professional also holds a separate Tasheel licence. Both are worth asking if your file needs a MOHRE step as well.
Labour files and work permits
Work permits and labour contracts for company staff go to a Tasheel center, and Al Qusais has four: Tassheel Business Center, Copy Top Businessmen Services, Signature and Alnukhba. MOHRE caps a business center's commission at AED 72 per service, and the same services are free on the MOHRE website and app apart from federal fees. Medical test and typing in Muhaisnah
Top Speed Typing works out of the Al Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Center in Muhaisnah 2. A secondary source reported its hours in as 09:00 to 22:00 with a break from 13:00 to 16:00, so check before you go. It can type the medical application but not a Dubai visa. The official Dubai medical fee for normal service is AED 270, explained on the medical test page.
