Ejad Businessmen Transaction is the Amer half of the Ejad group. GDRFA licenses it as an Amer center in Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai. The group's other licence is with MOHRE: Ejad Businessmen Services, a Tasheel center whose MOHRE address reads Amer Dubai Festival City, Al Kheeran.
Splitting an employee visa between the two
An employment visa in Dubai has a labor side and a residency side. With the Ejad group that maps neatly:
- Work permit and labor contract: MOHRE, so the Tasheel licence in Dubai Festival City.
- Entry permit, status change and residence stamping: GDRFA, so this Amer counter in Al Mankhool.
The two are on opposite sides of the Creek, so if you only want one trip, ask whether staff at one office can take the documents for both. We could not confirm that from any public source.

GDRFA does not give a building or hours, and we found no Ejad website. Phone first.
