An Amer center in Deira is never far away: GDRFA lists 18 of them in the old Deira districts, about one in five of Dubai's 85 Amer centers. One, 24 Seven Government Transaction Center in Al Khabaisi, is confirmed open 24/7. Deira also has 6 Tasheel centers, 6 Tadbeer centers and a DLD trustee for Ejari, 31 licensed points in all.

Al Khabaisi: the night option and the published hours
24 Seven, sold as Amer 24/7, is at 17 A Street, behind Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro Station. Only two centers in Dubai are confirmed 24/7, and this is the one that is an Amer center. The other is GDRFA's own counter at Terminal 3. Our 24 hour Amer center guide compares the two.
Falcon Vision, a few streets away on Al Ittihad Street, is one of the rare Amer centers that publishes hours, including Saturday 08:00 to 17:00. Amer Eagle has no published hours, but the same Eagle group runs a Tasheel counter, Eagle Management Services Amer, in the Al Owais Building in Al Khabaisi. Despite the word Amer in its name, MOHRE lists that one as a business services center for labour work.
Tasheel, Tadbeer and Ejari in Deira
The six Tasheel centers are Twasol (Al Muraqqabat), Premium Government Services (Deira Corniche), Eagle Management Services Amer and Albayraq (both Al Khabaisi), Premium Businessmen Services (Al Muteena) and Allied Unik Businessmen Services (Al Murar). Allied Unik is the second Deira operator holding both an Amer and a Tasheel licence in one district.
Domestic worker centers concentrate in two pockets. Four are in Al Khabaisi: Nabd Emirates, Family Care (on Abu Baker Al Siddique Street), Target and Tadmaids. Two are in Port Saeed: Mountain Gate and Dana Al Tawash. Start there for a maid visa or a nanny visa.

Which Deira counter for which job
Visa renewal, cancellation, entry permits or a status change: any of the 18 Amer centers. A work permit or labour contract: a Tasheel center. A housemaid file: Tadbeer. After you submit, you can track the file yourself with the visa status check instead of going back to the counter.

What the counters charge
Published price lists of Dubai typing centers, checked , put form typing at about AED 40 to 200 and the Amer service charge at about AED 100 to 300 per GDRFA transaction. Government fees come on top, and a Tasheel counter may add at most AED 72 per MOHRE service.
