The Ejari fee in Dubai is AED 177.75 if you register on the Dubai REST app or the DLD website, and AED 220 at a DLD real estate trustee center. Both include AED 100 for registration, a AED 10 Knowledge fee and a AED 10 Innovation fee. The gap is the service partner fee: AED 55 online, AED 95 at a center. Renewal costs exactly the same.

DLD's frequently asked questions describe the center fee as AED 120 plus AED 95 plus VAT, which does not land on the same total as the service page. The two official pages disagree slightly, so pay what the center's receipt shows and keep it.

The cheapest route is the online one, and it needs nothing more than a copy of the contract. The Ejari registration online guide takes you through it. At a trustee center, the AED 95 service partner fee already pays for the counter work, so there is no reason to pay a separate typing shop as well.
Paying
DLD lists three payment methods: credit card, cash and Noqodi wallet. At a center you get a receipt. Online, the e-Contract Registration Certificate comes by email after approval.
Fees for business centers
A business center that wants to sell offices or desks with Ejari pays a DLD physical survey fee of AED 2,010 as part of its own registration, and must meet DLD's size rules. That cost sits with the operator, not with you as a tenant. More on that on the virtual office Ejari page.
