The Amer center for Dubai Marina is Al Tawheed Government Services, which publishes Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, closed Sunday. Further west, Jebel Ali and Dubai Investments Park have 2 more Amer counters and 3 Tasheel counters, and Al Thanyah 1 has a Tadbeer center, Vicekeeper, for maid and nanny visas. Expect an Amer charge of about AED 100 to 300 per transaction on top of GDRFA fees.
Marina residents and industrial employers
The west of Dubai splits by who is asking.
If you live in Dubai Marina, JLT or Discovery Gardens and need your own or your family's residence visa, go to Al Tawheed. For a maid or nanny, Vicekeeper Domestic Workers Services in Al Thanyah 1 is the Tadbeer center on MOHRE's list here. For simple form typing, such as a medical fitness or Emirates ID application, a private shop will do; typing centers in Discovery Gardens and JLT cover those streets.

Names follow the official lists, including "Jabel Ali". Neither list publishes hours for these counters, so check before you send staff.
Fixit points out west
Three Fixit branches appear in the list from Fixit's own website: at Almas Tower in JLT (DMCC), in the JAFZA Food Court 1, and at Jafza Tasjeel near the ENOC station. They are private service points, not Amer or Tasheel licences, so ask which licensed counter will file anything they take from you.
Groups with branches out west
- Al Yalayis Government Transactions: the largest Amer operator on the lists, with this Jebel Ali branch, another counter in Al Yalayis and a branch in Business Bay.
- Ontime Group: the DIP Tasheel counter, plus an Ejari trustee center at Mazaya Center.
- M2000 Businessmen Services: another Tasheel counter in Warsan 1.
- Quality Government Services: the DIP Amer center.
What it costs and what to bring
Published price lists of Dubai typing centers, checked , put the Amer charge at about AED 100 to 300 per GDRFA transaction and form typing at AED 40 to 200. A Tasheel counter may charge at most AED 72 per MOHRE service on top of the federal fee. For a residence file, bring the passport, a white-background photo, the current visa or Emirates ID, and the medical result if the person is 18 or over.
Partner points and GDRFA sections
GDRFA's list also shows 7 partner service points inside organisations such as Emirates, flydubai, JAFZA and DDA. They serve those organisations' own staff and are not public walk-in counters. GDRFA's own Alissely section in Lehbab and Al Lisaili keeps GDRFA hours, Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00 and Friday 07:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 19:00, for files an Amer counter cannot finish. The Sheikh Zayed Road sections are the other option.
