For an Amer center in Mankhool, GDRFA lists three: Smart Click Government Services Center at BurJuman Mall, Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza Government Services and Ejad Businessmen Transaction. Mankhool also has a Tasheel center, Al Malomat Center, and a Tadbeer center, Alforsan. That is 5 licensed counters among 34 listings. The other 29 are private offices, 20 of them document clearing firms.
The licensed five
| Counter | Licence | Same group elsewhere |
|---|---|---|
| Smart Click Government Services Center | Amer (GDRFA), BurJuman Mall | Happiness Lounge, Umm Hurair |
| Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza Government Services | Amer (GDRFA) | Aldeyafa, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street |
| Ejad Businessmen Transaction | Amer (GDRFA) | Ejad Businessmen Services, Festival City |
| Al Malomat Center | Tasheel (MOHRE) | Al Malomat branch, Al Karama |
| Alforsan Tadbeer Center | Tadbeer (MOHRE) | None listed |
Names as published by GDRFA and MOHRE, checked . None of the five publishes opening hours, so check before you go.
Smart Click is the easiest to find, since its address is a mall. GDRFA gives the other two only as "Al Mankhool", without a building, which is common on its list. Ask for the building name when you check the hours.
The tower offices
Mankhool's private listings come from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, and almost all are upstairs on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road. Only 2 of the 29 are on a ground floor. Four buildings hold most of them:
- Bank Street Building: Auspicious, Hexus, Usman Shah and Ama Consultants.
- The Atrium Centre: Al Arkm Typing, Decanus, Megs Star, Legamo and Nitesh.
- Bank Melli Iran building: Bizex, Idea Track, Al Ahed Aldaem and Synopsis Pro.
- BurJuman Business Tower: Al Ostaz Typing, Amarain, Flying Migrate and Helen & Sons, between the 13th and 20th floors.
These firms keep office hours, typically 09:00 to 18:00, and 9 of them close on Saturday as well as Sunday. A few work Sundays: Right Doks in Al Tawhidi 1 lists every day 09:00 to 19:00, and Ama Consultants opens Tuesday to Sunday. HiDubai does not date its records, so expect some rows to be out of date.
Which door for which job
A clearing firm in a Mankhool tower is built for companies: it collects documents, books appointments and moves the file between GDRFA, MOHRE and Dubai Economy and Tourism. For a one-off visa renewal or a family file, that is often more than you need. Walk into Smart Click or one of the other two Amer centers, or renew online with UAE Pass.
For staff, a PRO service covers what these firms do on a retainer. For a housemaid, start at Alforsan and read the maid visa guide. The wider Bur Dubai picture, with 13 Amer centers and GDRFA's head office, is on the Bur Dubai page. Al Raffa next door has street-level typing shops, and Karama and Oud Metha have more Amer counters.
