Smart Lounge Government Transaction Center, on the ground floor of Oasis Tower next to Financial Centre metro, is the Amer center on Sheikh Zayed Road with published hours: Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00. The list below has 4 Amer centers, GDRFA's own Almanara and DIFC sections, and 2 Ejari trustee centers, Al Taresh and Al Ameen Al Aqaree. Expect an Amer charge of about AED 100 to 300 per transaction on top of GDRFA fees.

The spelling "Playinum" is GDRFA's. The same Falak Tayyeb group has a Tasheel licence in Al Wasl.
High Level Government Transaction Center is at One Central in the Trade Centre area. GDRFA does not publish its hours, so call before you go. The Trade Centre area page has the offices around it.

GDRFA runs 9 customer happiness centers in Dubai, and two are on this road:

During Ramadan, GDRFA lists 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and a split Friday. Neither section is open around the clock; the two confirmed 24/7 counters in Dubai are on the 24 hour Amer center guide. Go to a GDRFA section when an Amer center has told you it cannot finish your file. For a standard renewal or entry permit, start at an Amer counter.
Al Taresh: Amer and Ejari side by side
Al Taresh holds two licences at Al Manara: the Amer center and Al Taresh Real Estate Services Trustee L.L.C, a DLD trustee center that publishes Monday to Friday 07:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00. If you are renewing a residence visa and a tenancy in the same week, the pairing can save a trip.
The trustee center with the latest hours is Al Ameen Al Aqaree at Mazaya Center, part of the Ontime group: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday 07:30 to 20:00, closed Sunday. Mazaya Centre sits on Sheikh Zayed Road on the Al Wasl side, and all 7 trustee centers are on the Ejari typing center list. Ejari costs AED 177.75 online on Dubai REST, or AED 220 at a trustee center.
Medical test and Emirates ID
Dubai Health names DIFC among its medical fitness centers. The normal service is AED 270 and VIP in 6 hours AED 700, under Dubai's medical fitness fee resolution. More on the medical test guide.
Private offices along the road
The list also has 32 private clearing and typing offices, most of them in the Trade Centre towers, and two Fixit points: one in the Municipality Building at Al Safa, beside the Noor Bank (now Equiti) metro station, and one in Trade Centre 2. They can type and photocopy but cannot file visas, so ask which Amer center will submit anything you hand over.
