True Link Government Trasaction Center LLC (the misspelling is GDRFA's) holds an Amer licence in the Grand Souk area of Bur Dubai, the old textile and souq quarter by the Creek. A sister company, True Line Busines Men Services L.L.C, holds a MOHRE licence, so the pair can cover both the labor side and the residency side of a visa.
What to bring for a typical family file
For a spouse or child visa, an Amer counter will usually ask for the sponsor's passport and residence details, the family member's passport and photo, a marriage or birth certificate (attested if issued abroad), a tenancy contract registered in Ejari and a salary certificate. Our family visa guide has the exact list and the salary rule.
Souq shops versus a licensed counter
The souq and Meena Bazar streets around it have dozens of private typing shops. They can translate, type letters and print forms. Since GDRFA moved visa typing to Amer centers on , they cannot submit a residency file. True Link can.
