In Al Murar a single operator holds both licences you might need: Allied Unik runs an Amer center on the GDRFA list and a Tasheel center on the MOHRE list. Around them our directory lists 111 private shops, 79 typing offices and 32 clearing offices, for 113 rows in all. 61 of the private shops publish a closing time of 22:00 or later.

That matters for anyone hiring a worker. The labour side (work permit and employment contract) goes through MOHRE, which is Tasheel work. The residence visa goes through GDRFA, which is Amer work. Here both counters carry the same name. Our Tasheel guide explains what the labour counter handles.
There is a third Allied Unik row. HiDubai lists "Allied Unik Government Transactions Center" on the ground floor of the Jaffar Abdullah Jaffar Al Zarouni building, 18th street, open daily 08:00 to 23:00. That listing is not on either official list. It may be the same business under a trade name, but GDRFA and MOHRE publish no hours for Allied Unik, so treat the 23:00 closing as unconfirmed.
The 111 private shops
The private rows come from HiDubai, the public directory of Dubai Economy and Tourism. We checked them in , but HiDubai shows no update date, so a listing can be out of date. Addresses are mostly a numbered street (8th, 14b, 18B, 20th, 24 Street) and a building name.
Hours are long. Marwan Farah For Documents Clearing Services lists 09:00 to 22:00 every day. Gulf Gate Typing and Photocopying Services Center on 4th Street lists 08:00 to 22:30 including Sunday, with Friday from 16:30. Dar Al Amoudi Documents Clearing Services on 14b street is one of 8 shops listing 23:00, and it opens on Sunday afternoons. 23 shops show Sunday hours in total.
What to take where
A private Al Murar shop can type forms, print, photocopy and, if it is a clearing office, chase a file across departments for you. It cannot lodge a Dubai visa application, whatever its name says. Visa Works Documents Clearing Services, on 18b street, is a private office despite the name. If a shop takes your visa papers, it will hand them to an Amer center, and you can ask which.

What the counters charge
Budget the government fee plus the counter's charge. Published price lists, checked , show about AED 100 to 300 per Amer transaction and AED 40 to 200 per typed form; Tasheel commission is capped by MOHRE at AED 72 per service. Ask for the two amounts as separate lines.
