To find a Tadbeer center near you, use the list on this page: it holds all 42 domestic workers services centers in Dubai from the MOHRE list, checked , with their areas and map links. These centers recruit maids, nannies, drivers and other household staff, and file the MOHRE permit and contract for them. They cannot do company labour work.

What Tadbeer means now
Tadbeer is the older name people still use for these centers. MOHRE's current pages use the plain name "domestic workers services centers", and a handful of companies, such as Alforsan Tadbeer Center in Mankhool and Madad Tadbeer Center in Karama, kept the word in their registered names. Either way, the test is the same: the company must be on MOHRE's domestic workers list.
MOHRE approves these centers, licenses recruitment agencies and sets the standard contract every household hire must use. UAE rules cover 19 domestic occupations, from housemaid and cook to nanny, family driver, gardener, home nurse and private tutor.

Package types such as trial, temporary and flexible hourly hire appear in MOHRE material, but we have not confirmed their terms or prices on a live MOHRE service page, so treat any quote as the center's own offer.
MOHRE rules that apply whichever center you pick
- No fees from the worker. Agencies may not ask for or accept commissions from the worker.
- Replacement or refund. If the agency breaks its side, it must replace the worker or refund the recruitment fee.
- Commission cap on renewals. MOHRE's renewal page caps the business center commission at AED 72.
- Income rule for expat sponsors. MOHRE asks for a salary certificate and three months of bank statements showing family income of at least AED 25,000 a month.
- Worker age. At least 18 and at most 60, with an exemption for some workers already in the UAE.
- Timing. MOHRE lists 2 working days for the work permit and 1 working day for the contract or a renewal.
How to pick a Tadbeer center
- Check the licence. Search the company name on the MOHRE list, or find it in the list on this page.
- Get the quote broken down. Ask what it covers: permit, medical, Emirates ID, insurance, residence and any deposit or guarantee cheque. Published price lists put a two year domestic worker visa at about AED 8,500 to 17,000, checked , so a total well outside that range needs explaining.
- Ask about the guarantee. Find out what happens if the worker leaves early or the match fails, and how fast any refund is paid.
- Check hours before you go. MOHRE publishes none, so confirm with the center.
The Work in UAE platform
MOHRE announced domestic worker services on its Work in UAE platform (workinuae.ae): issuing, renewing and cancelling domestic worker residence visas, booking the medical examination and issuing the Emirates ID and residence. The announcement does not say which emirates are covered, so check the platform for a Dubai file before you rely on it instead of a center.
