Al Rigga is the place in Deira to sort a visa and a tenancy in one neighbourhood: it has 2 Amer centers on the GDRFA list, Al Maarefh and 7 Minutes, and Takhlees, one of only 7 Dubai Land Department trustee centers for Ejari. Around them our directory lists 90 private shops, 43 typing offices and 47 clearing offices, across Al Rigga, Riggat Al Buteen and Al Buteen.
The three licensed counters and their hours
| Center | Licence | Published hours |

| 7 Minutes Government Services | Amer | Not published |

Al Maarefh is one of only 14 Amer centers in Dubai that publish opening hours at all, which makes it the safer bet for a planned visit. Takhlees publishes no Saturday hours, so go on a weekday for Ejari. Our Ejari guide lists what to bring, and you can also register online through Dubai REST.
Upstairs offices and early starts
Al Rigga's private shops are less of a street front than Naif's. Only 39 of the 90 give a ground floor address. Many clearing offices sit higher up in towers: Yongmei Fu Document Clearing on the 20th floor of Dubai Tower, Piccaso Pride Documents Clearing Services on the twelfth floor of Al Salemiyah Towers, Lu And Taher Documents Clearing Services in Deira Tower. Take the building and floor from the list below, not just the street.
Hours lean earlier here too. Sea Star Typing lists 06:30 from Tuesday to Friday, and three more shops open at 07:00. Evenings are thinner: 24 of 89 shops with hours list 22:00 or later, and only Noor Al Shams Typing lists 23:00. Just 6 show Sunday hours. HiDubai, where these rows come from, shows no update date, so some may be out of date.
Typing shop, Amer or Takhlees
A private shop here can type, print and translate, prepare Emirates ID and medical forms, or run a file for you as a clearing agent. It cannot submit a Dubai visa application. That goes to Al Maarefh, 7 Minutes or another Amer center, which is how it has worked since GDRFA moved visa work away from typing centers. Our typing center services page shows what each kind of counter handles.
If a file asks for a registered tenancy contract, for example when you sponsor family, get the Ejari done before you go to Amer. The family visa page lists the other documents. To follow a submitted file without coming back, use the visa status check.
What the counters charge
Published price lists of Dubai typing centers, checked , put form typing at about AED 40 to 200 and the Amer service charge at about AED 100 to 300 per GDRFA transaction. Government fees come on top, and a Tasheel counter may add at most AED 72 per MOHRE service.

All 18 Deira Amer centers are on the Deira page. The shops of Al Muraqqabat and Al Muteena, Port Saeed and Naif have their own lists. For GDRFA's 24/7 counter at Terminal 3, see Al Garhoud.
