Quality General Services is an Amer center: a private business holding a GDRFA licence to take Dubai residency and immigration applications. GDRFA's list places it in Al Jafiliya, Bur Dubai, and stops there. No street, no building, no opening hours. We found no website for it either, so any hours you see quoted online did not come from the operator. Ring ahead or check the map listing before you make the trip.
What you can do here
Like every licensed Amer counter, it types and submits the standard GDRFA files: entry permits, new residence visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes inside the country, visit visas and corrections to personal data. Whatever you file here lands in the same GDRFA system as a file from any of the other 84 Amer centers on the list. Pick it because it's close to you, not because it gets better treatment.
It is the wrong place for two common jobs. Labor contracts and work permits are MOHRE business and go through a Tasheel center. Emirates ID renewal belongs to ICP, and our Emirates ID renewal guide explains that route.
The other office in Al Jafiliya
GDRFA's own head office sits in the same district, behind Jafiliya Police Station. It is a customer happiness center run by GDRFA, not an Amer center, and it does publish hours. When an Amer counter says your case has to be handled by GDRFA itself, GDRFA Head Quarters is where you go.
Similar names you may confuse
Several licensed businesses in Dubai use the word "Quality". Quality Government Services Center is a different Amer center, out in Dubai Investments Park. Quality Domestic Workers Services Center, in Mirdif Hills Avenue Mall, is a MOHRE center for maid and nanny visas. MOHRE also lists two guidance licences under the name Quality Government Service Center, with no address published. Read the full name on your appointment or receipt so you end up at the right one.
If it is closed or full
Other Amer counters are a short drive away in Mankhool and Karama. Our Al Jafiliya page covers the typing shops on 29 Street. To follow a file you have already submitted, use the visa status check.
