Hor Al Anz and Al Mamzar have 4 Amer centers on GDRFA's list, and two of them publish hours: First One in Hor Al Anz, Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 with a split Friday, and ABC in Al Mamzar, Saturday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00 with a split Friday. The area has 8 licensed points in all, covering Amer, Tasheel, a Tadbeer center and a DLD trustee for Ejari. Expect an Amer charge of about AED 100 to 300 per transaction on top of GDRFA fees.

ABC runs A B C Government Transactions Center (Amer), which publishes Saturday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00 and Friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, and A B C Businessmen Services (Tasheel). A third ABC licence, Services Businessmen C B A, is on MOHRE's list without an address. If you are an employer moving a worker from work permit to residence visa, one company can carry both halves.
Fixit runs Fixit Governmnt Services (Amer) and Fixit Express Real Estate Services Trustee, one of just 7 DLD trustee centers in Dubai. Fixit has a third Amer branch in Al Bada'a, on our Satwa and Jumeirah page. Fixit Express publishes Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00. The other centers
First One Governmnt Transactions Cl is in Hor Al Anz and publishes Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00, and Friday 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Its group also holds a Tasheel licence, Premium First One Businessmen Services, listed by MOHRE without an address.
Epicenter Government Transactions is in Hor Al Anz East and has no other branch on the lists.
Super Vision Businessmen Administrative Services is the second Tasheel center, at Abu Hail, Hor Al Anz East.
Life Plus Domestic Workers Center is the Tadbeer center, with a sister branch in Al Warqa. Use it to start a maid visa or a nanny file.
GDRFA spells some of these names with typos ("Governmnt"). They are kept as published so they match the GDRFA site.
The private shops
The list also shows 90 private typing offices and 71 clearing offices from public directories. Published price lists, checked , put form typing at about AED 40 to 200. These shops cannot submit a visa or a work permit; if one takes your papers, ask which of the licensed counters above will file them.
Ejari and the family visa
GDRFA's family entry permit page sets a sponsor salary of AED 4,000, or AED 3,000 with housing provided. If your family file also asks for a registered tenancy contract, Al Mamzar lets you register it at Fixit Express and then file the entry permit at an Amer counter in the same district. The family visa page lists the documents GDRFA asks for, including attested birth and marriage certificates.
No GDRFA center here
Hor Al Anz has no GDRFA customer happiness center. For a file an Amer counter cannot finish, the closest GDRFA counters are the Tawar Center Section on our Al Twar page and, open 24/7, the Airport Services Center at Terminal 3 on the Garhoud page.
