On Time Business Solution One Person Company L.L.C is a MOHRE-licensed business services and guidance center in Oud Metha. "One Person Company" is only its legal form, a company with a single owner. In practice it is the Ontime group's Tasheel counter in this district, alongside an Amer licence (Tasheel Government Services) and a DLD Ejari licence (Tasaheel) that MOHRE, GDRFA and DLD also place in Oud Metha.
The deadlines that bring people here
Most visits to a MOHRE counter are about a date. These are the ones MOHRE publishes:
- Renewal window: a work permit can be renewed up to 60 days before it expires.
- New contract: must be filed within 60 days of the worker's entry or status change.
- Job change: apply for the transfer permit within 90 days of the old permit's cancellation.
- Processing: 2 working days for issuance, renewal, transfer or cancellation.

Fees on top of MOHRE's
A counter like this may add its commission, which MOHRE caps at AED 72 per service. Government fees, tax and collection charges are separate. Owners who are comfortable online can file most of these services on the MOHRE website or app without that commission.
