Smart Click Government Services Center is on GDRFA's list of licensed Amer centers with the short address "BurJuman Mall". It belongs to the same group as Happiness Lounge, which holds a second Amer licence near Dubai TV and a Tasheel licence with MOHRE.
What a mall Amer counter is good for
Residency files that need a typed application and a payment, and little else: a visit visa for a relative, a residence renewal once the medical and insurance are done, a cancellation, a correction of a name or passport number. These are routine for any Amer counter, and a mall gives you somewhere to wait.
It is not the place for a labor contract or a work permit. Those are MOHRE files. Ask whether the group's Tasheel licence can take them, or use any Tasheel center.
What we do not know
GDRFA gives no floor or shop number and no hours. The group's website lists only a Karama address and does not mention BurJuman. We could not confirm the counter's current unit in the mall.
Al Mankhool has other licensed counters
Two other Amer licences sit in Al Mankhool: Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza and Ejad Businessmen Transaction. There is also a Tasheel center, Al Malomat, and a Tadbeer center for domestic workers. The full list is on our Mankhool page.
