Umm Hurair has 17 typing center and clearing listings in our directory. Two are licensed Amer centers: Happiness Lounge Government Transactions Center, opposite Dubai TV, and Dubai National Government Services. The other 15 are private offices, mostly document clearing firms on upper floors, and a cluster of them is in Dubai Healthcare City (Umm Hurair 2). None of the 17 publishes a closing time after 20:00.
The two Amer centers
Happiness Lounge belongs to the same group as Smart Click at BurJuman, so you can use either for the same kind of file. GDRFA gives its address only as "opposite Dubai TV". Dubai National Government Services is listed simply as "Umm Hurair area". Neither publishes hours, and both handle residence visas, entry permits, renewals, cancellations and status changes like every Amer center. There is no Tasheel or Tadbeer center here, so work permits and maid visas go elsewhere.

Rows from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, plus Fixit's own website, checked . Directory records carry no update date, and Ideas Document Clearing shows as closed every day, so confirm before you go.
These are weekday offices. Seven of the 15 close on Saturday or work only a short Saturday, and only Avenue Professional in Gulf Towers lists Sunday. Al Mutamaiz in DHCC is the early one, open from 07:00. One name to read twice: Enjaz Al Amen Government Transactions, on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, sounds like a licensed counter but is a private HiDubai listing, not on the GDRFA list.
The Fixit branch
Fixit runs several offices in Dubai. Its website lists a DHCC branch in Building 27, Block C, with Amer and visa services, Emirates ID, medical applications, Ejari and attestation. The GDRFA list does not include that branch. Fixit's licensed Amer centers are in Al Bada'a and Al Mamzar. A branch like this can take your papers and pass them to a licensed counter, so ask which counter files it.
Clinics and companies
If you run a clinic or company in DHCC with staff to sponsor, look at the per-head numbers on our employee visa cost page and the full list of company files on the company services page. For a single personal visa, the two Amer centers are enough.
