To find a Tasheel center near you, use the list on this page. It holds the 82 Tasheel centers in Dubai from the MOHRE list of business services and guidance centers, checked . Tasheel centers do MOHRE labour work: work permits, employment contracts, labour cards and establishment files. MOHRE caps their commission at AED 72 per service.
They do not issue residence visas. That is GDRFA work at an Amer center. For a new hire, the usual order is MOHRE first, then GDRFA.
What the name Tasheel means today
MOHRE no longer uses the names Tasheel, Tawjeeh or Tadbeer on its current pages. It lists three types of approved centers: business services and guidance centers, domestic workers services centers, and Tawseel service providers. People and signboards still say Tasheel, so we do too.
MOHRE describes business centers as private sector institutions that support companies and individuals who need MOHRE services. Its Ministerial Resolution No. 0702 sets their duties and penalties: pre-screening staff, protecting customer data, and violations such as fake Emiratisation.
The MOHRE list puts Tasheel and Tawjeeh centers together, 90 in Dubai. We mark 8 of them as Tawjeeh because their name says guidance, Tawjeeh or Tathqeef. The other 82 are on this page. Many centers now offer both. If you were told to attend a guidance session, see Tawjeeh centers.

Some names are confusing. A company called Tasheel Government Services in Oud Metha is on the GDRFA list as an Amer center, while one called Eagle Management Services Amer in Al Khabaisi is on the MOHRE list as a Tasheel center. Go by the licence, not the sign.

Published price lists of Dubai typing centers and free zone guides, checked , show Tasheel charges of about AED 50 to 200 per transaction. If a center quotes more than the AED 72 cap for its own commission, ask it to show the split between MOHRE fees and its charge.
Documents for a new work permit
MOHRE lists these for recruiting from overseas:
- Photo on a white background
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- MOHRE job offer, signed
- Attested educational certificates, depending on the skill level
- Professional licence, where the job needs one
- National ID for nationals of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran
Skill level depends on the degree and the salary. MOHRE treats a job under AED 4,000 a month, or without a degree, as not skilled. Certificate attestation can take the longest, so start there.

- Check the center is on the MOHRE list before you pay anything. The list on this page is taken from it.
- Get the fee split in writing: MOHRE fee, then the center's commission.
