Al Deyafa Al Mumayaza Government Services L.L.C holds a GDRFA Amer licence and is listed in Al Mankhool, on the Bur Dubai side of the creek. GDRFA gives only the district, not a building, so use the map pin as a starting point and confirm the exact unit before you set off.
One of four Al Deyafa licences
The Al Deyafa name turns up four times on the official lists we use. Two are Amer counters: this one, and Aldeyafa Government Transactions on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street. The other two are on MOHRE's Tasheel list, as Al Deyafa Government Transactions Center and Aldeyafa Almithalia Businessmen Administrative Services, both without a published address. We tried the group's website, aldeyafacenter.ae, and it did not respond, so we could not check which branch does what.
What the Mankhool counter can file
An Amer licence is about residency with GDRFA: entry permits, residence visa issue, renewal and cancellation, status change inside the country, visit visas and data corrections. It is not a labour office. If your job is a work permit or a labour contract, it belongs at a Tasheel center, and you should ask whether one of the Al Deyafa Tasheel licences sits in the same office before assuming it does.
