Arabian Business, listed by GDRFA under the full company name in the heading above, is a licensed Amer center with its own site at arabianme.ae. It is one of the few Amer counters that publishes full opening hours, which makes it easier to plan than most.
Two versions of the address
Both versions agree on Shops 9 and 10 in Sheikh Rashid Building. Our data record, built from the official list, places that on 308th Road in Bur Dubai. The operator's contact page says the building is near the Shangri-La Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Those are different parts of the city, so open the map pin and, if it matters, call before you drive. We list it under Bur Dubai for now and flag it for review.

What it lists beyond Amer
The site lists DET (trade licence) work, Tasheel, medical typing, ICP smart services, translation and attestation, notary typing, Ejari and PRO services. Only the GDRFA Amer licence is confirmed by an official list we checked. For anything else, ask which authority receives the file. If you need a labor contract filed, a center on the MOHRE Tasheel list is the sure route.
