Tasaheel Government Service One Person Company L.L.C is one of only seven Real Estate Trustee Centers that the Dubai Land Department lists for Ejari. This one is in Oud Metha, with Makani number 29730 92813 on the DLD list. It shares a website, trusteeservices.ontimegov.com, with Al Ameen Al Aqaree at Mazaya Center, which places both in the Ontime group.
Saturday is the selling point
DLD gives Tasaheel's hours as Monday to Saturday, 07:30 to 20:00, closed Sunday. For tenants who work a Monday to Friday week, a Saturday morning Ejari slot is useful, and on the DLD list most other trustee centers show no Saturday hours at all. Days do get mixed up on official lists, so confirm before a weekend trip.

The app makes sense when the contract is clean and the landlord's details are already in the system. The counter makes sense when something will not go through online, or you want a person to check the contract before it is registered.
Not to be confused with
