The nearest Ejari center will be one of the 7 real estate services trustee centers licensed by Dubai Land Department (DLD). They are in Al Barsha 2, Al Qusais, Sheikh Zayed Road (two), Oud Metha, Al Buteen in Deira and Al Mamzar. A registration at the counter costs AED 220. Amer, Tasheel and ordinary typing shops cannot issue Ejari unless DLD has licensed them as trustees.

Which one is near you
- Marina, JLT, Al Barsha: Al Tabu in Al Barsha 2.
- Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl, Downtown: Al Ameen Al Aqaree at Mazaya Centre, or Al Taresh in Al Manara.
- Bur Dubai, Karama, Oud Metha: Tasaheel in Oud Metha.
- Deira and the Creek side: Takhlees in Al Buteen.
- Al Qusais, Al Nahda, Muhaisnah: Al Tabu in Al Qusais.
- Al Mamzar, Hor Al Anz, Al Twar: Fixit Express in Al Mamzar.

Ejari office open now: late and weekend hours
- Latest weekday: Mazaya Centre, until 22:00 Monday to Thursday.
- Saturday: Tasaheel in Oud Metha and Mazaya Centre.
- Sunday: Al Taresh, both Al Tabu branches, Takhlees and Fixit Express list Sunday hours, mostly mornings.
- Earliest close: Takhlees in Deira, 16:00 on weekdays.

What to bring
The original Unified Tenancy Contract, your Emirates ID, and a power of attorney if you are applying for someone else. The full list for renewals and cancellations is on Ejari documents. DLD says the counter service takes about 25 minutes, not counting the wait.

Private typing shops that advertise "Ejari services near me" either send you to one of these centers or type the request online for a charge. Published price lists show about AED 60 to AED 150 for Ejari typing, on top of the DLD fees. At a trustee center the AED 95 service partner fee already pays for the work, so ask before paying twice.
Not an Ejari center
