This site is operated by DubaiTypingCenters.com, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we" means DubaiTypingCenters.com. DubaiTypingCenters.com is an independent directory and guide. It is not a government website and is not connected to any typing, Amer or Tasheel center, so nothing you send here reaches a center or an authority unless you ask for help with a service and agree to it.
What we collect

- Your WhatsApp number
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it
- The service you ask about
- Your area in Dubai
- The note you write
We do not ask for passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers or copies of documents through the form, and we ask you not to type them in. We do not take card payments on this site.
When you browse
The site script gives each visit a random reference and records which pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you (for example a search engine) and, when present, campaign tags and Google ad click identifiers in the link. It also records actions such as sending the form. This is stored on our own server against the random reference, not against your name.
If Google Analytics is switched on for the site, it measures the same kind of visit information. Google ad personalisation is switched off. Automated browsers such as crawlers and monitoring tools are not measured.
Why we use it
- To answer your request. Your details go to the licensed partner team that handles service requests sent through this site. They use them to reply, explain the steps and quote one total price, with the government fees and the service charge listed separately.
- To carry out the work, if you agree. Only then are your details used for the service itself, and passed to the authorities or centers that service requires.
- To improve the site. Visit data shows which guides people read and which pages lead to requests, so we know what to fix and what to write next.
- To meet legal obligations, for example keeping records of work done.
We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner hosts the server where requests and visit data are stored.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it against attacks.
- SendGrid sends email notifications of new requests to the team.
- Google Analytics, when switched on, measures visits.
- Google Ads, when ads run, receives a conversion signal when a form is sent after an ad click, through the Google tag and its conversion cookie.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you choose to message on WhatsApp or give a WhatsApp number for the reply.
- The licensed partner team receives your request to reply to it.
- Authorities and centers, such as GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE or a medical fitness center, receive what each step needs, and only after you have agreed to go ahead.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, which you can do at any time. Visit data is used in aggregate, and the random visit reference is not linked to your name unless you send the form during that visit.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your request and the details that came with it,
- stop contacting you.
Send the request through the contact form, choose "Other" as the service and say what you want done. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours before we act on it.
