This branch of Alyalayis Government Transactions Center L.L.C is one of the few MOHRE counters with an actual building in its listing: "Al Kafaf, Building 1". It is a business services and guidance center, the counter type most people know as Tasheel. MOHRE lists four branches under this company name, and two of them have no address at all, which makes this one the easiest to find.
Why Al Kifaf is handy for employers
The same group runs an Amer center in the Dubai Municipality Building at Al Kifaf. That pairing matters because a staff renewal touches both ministries. The order is usually: renew the work permit and contract with MOHRE here, pass the medical test, then renew the residence through GDRFA at an Amer counter. Whether both counters share one building we could not confirm.
What to have ready
For MOHRE work, the company's establishment details and the employee's passport and photo are the basics; the work permit renewal guide lists the rest. You can also file most MOHRE services yourself online: MOHRE says they carry no business center commission that way, only federal fees. At a counter, the commission is capped at AED 72 per service.
