Tassheel Business Center L.L.C is on MOHRE's list of business services and guidance centers, with its address given as "Al Qusais 2, Towar Center". It is a private company, spelled with a double "s", and it has nothing to do with GDRFA's "Tasheel Government Services" Amer center in Oud Metha, despite the near-identical name.
What happens at this counter
Everything on the employment side of a job: issuing and renewing work permits, typing and filing labour contracts, transfers between employers, cancellations, and the company's MOHRE establishment file. MOHRE caps a center's commission at AED 72 per service, with government fees on top.
Cancelling a worker, step by step
Cancellations are a frequent reason to visit a Tasheel counter, and the order matters:
- Cancel the work permit and contract with MOHRE. Used permits need a cancellation form signed by both sides and proof that dues are paid.
- Take the MOHRE cancellation extract to an Amer center for the residence cancellation at GDRFA.
- Note the grace period on the residence before the worker must leave or change status.
