Eagle Management Services Amer is the name MOHRE uses for Eagle Management Services LLC on its list of approved business services centers. The word "Amer" in the name is misleading on this record. MOHRE approval covers labor files: work permits, contracts, labor cards and establishment files. The Amer licence sits on a separate GDRFA record, Amer Eagle Government Transaction Center, at the same address: ground floor, Al Owais Building, Al Ittihad Street, Al Khabaisi.
What eaglejk.com adds
The operator's own site gives hours for the Dubai office, which neither government list does:
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Monday to Thursday | 8:00 to 20:00 |
| Friday | 8:00 to 12:00, 16:00 to 20:00 |
| Saturday | 9:00 to 15:00 |
No Sunday hours are listed, so assume it is closed and check. The site also lists an Abu Dhabi office in Al Khalidiya, and work with Dubai Economy, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Courts, health authorities and MOFA, as well as mainland and free zone business setup. We have not verified those wider claims. If you need a trade licence renewal, ask what exactly they submit before you hand over papers.
Picking the right Eagle counter
For a work permit, ask for the MOHRE side. For a residence visa or a cancellation on the GDRFA side, it is the Amer counter. If you are not sure which side your job belongs to, our Amer vs Tasheel comparison sorts it out. Other offices on the street are on our Al Khabaisi page.
