Dxb Businessmen Services is the MOHRE-approved business services center, or Tasheel, in Al Khail Mall on Latifa Bint Hamdan Street, Al Quoz 4. "Tasheel Al Khail Mall" is how most people search for it. The same name appears a second time on GDRFA's Amer list as Dxb Businessmen Services (Branch), also at Al Khail Mall. Two licences, one mall.

For a new hire the usual order is MOHRE first, GDRFA second. Having both in one building saves a drive across Al Quoz between steps, but the files still go to two separate authorities, and each one moves at its own pace.
Money on the MOHRE side
The government fees are set by MOHRE, not by the counter. What the counter adds is its commission, which MOHRE caps at AED 72 per service. The same transactions are free on the MOHRE website and app apart from federal charges, so a company with UAE Pass access can do simple renewals online. Several private typing shops on Latifa Bint Hamdan Street use the word Tasheel in their names. Only the MOHRE-listed counter can submit MOHRE files. More options in the district are on our Al Quoz page.
