Al Urban Al Arbia Businessmen Administrative Services is a branch on MOHRE's list of approved business services centers, with an address in Al Twar. The English name in the data breaks off after "br of Al". The Arabic version on MOHRE's page is complete: it describes Al Urban Al Arabia Businessmen Services as a Dubai branch of Al Jouda Center for Employers Guidance LLC. If you are searching for it on a map, try both spellings, Urban and Orban.
Tasheel or Tawjeeh?
The parent's name points to employer guidance, the work Dubai calls Tawjeeh: contract explanations and worker awareness sessions. MOHRE publishes both types in one list, so the record alone does not tell us which services this branch runs. If you need a Tawjeeh session for a new contract, ask first. Our Tawjeeh guide explains what those sessions are for. Standard MOHRE labor work, such as work permits and contracts, is what every center on this list is approved for.
Al Twar has GDRFA too
Al Twar is one of the few districts where GDRFA itself has a counter: Tawar Center Section, in the new Al Tawar Municipality building in Al Twar 2. GDRFA's own centers keep set hours, Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:00. That is the place to go when an Amer counter says a case needs GDRFA directly. Private Amer counters in the district are on our Al Twar page.
