Signature Government Transactions L.L.C is a MOHRE-approved business services center in Moopans Mall, Al Qusais Industrial Area 5. The name says "government transactions", which in Dubai often signals an Amer center. This one is not. It sits on MOHRE's list, so it works on the labor side: work permits, contracts, labor cards and company files.
Where a MOHRE counter fits when staff leave
The job people most often get wrong is a cancellation. For a private-sector employee, GDRFA asks for the MOHRE work permit cancellation extract as part of the residence cancellation file. So the order is:
- cancel the work permit and contract with MOHRE, at a counter like Signature or online
- take the extract to an Amer center for the residence cancellation
- watch the grace period that starts once the residence is cancelled
Doing step 2 first wastes a trip. Our visa cancellation guide covers both sides, including the grace period rules, which differ by visa type.
