Boulevard Businessmen Services is a MOHRE-approved business services center in Bay Avenue Mall, Business Bay. Its full name on MOHRE's list is long and cut short in our directory: Boulevard Businessmen Services, owned by E Q C Goverment Enterprises Transactions Clearing One Person Company. MOHRE also has a second record under the EQC name, with no address published, so we cannot say where that one operates or whether it is the same counter.
Why Business Bay companies use it
Business Bay is office towers, and most of the people at a MOHRE counter there are company PROs or owners. The files that matter for a new mainland company are:
- the MOHRE establishment file, often called the labor file, which sets the company's category and quota
- work permits for each employee, issued in 2 working days
- employment contracts in the MOHRE format
Boulevard can submit all of these. It cannot issue the company's GDRFA establishment card, which is an immigration file. That goes through GDRFA or an Amer counter; our establishment card guide explains the difference, and our company labour file guide covers the MOHRE side.
The Amer counter in the same mall
GDRFA lists First Track Government Transactions at units G-88 and G-89 in Bay Avenue Mall. It is a separate company. Between the two, a new hire's work permit and residence visa can both be filed without leaving the building. More options are on our Business Bay page.
