Hi Sky Documents Clearing & Typing FZE (with the ampersand) is the Tasheel arm of the Hi Sky name. MOHRE's list of business services centers puts it on Main Street, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Its near twin without the ampersand is an Amer center in Deira; they are separate licences with separate jobs.
What a Tasheel counter in DSO is for
Silicon Oasis is full of small tech and trading companies, and a Tasheel counter is where their MOHRE paperwork goes: new work permits, renewals and cancellations, employment contracts, labour card questions and changes to the company's establishment file. A work permit renewal or a transfer to a new employer starts here. The residence visa that follows is a GDRFA file and needs an Amer counter.
Tawjeeh
New workers in some categories must attend a Tawjeeh awareness session. MOHRE lists Tasheel and Tawjeeh together, and we could not tell from the listing whether this branch runs sessions. Our Tawjeeh center page lists the counters that clearly do.
Getting the residency side done nearby
Silicon Oasis has four Amer counters on the GDRFA list, collected on our Silicon Oasis Amer page. The group's own Amer licence is in Deira, see Hi Sky Documents Clearing Typing FZE, which is a long way to go if you are based in DSO.
