Copy Top Businessmen Services is listed by MOHRE as an approved business services center in Al Qusais. That listing is the main thing we can confirm. The record carries no building, street or hours, and we did not find a website for the operator. If you plan to go, call ahead and ask for a pin, because Al Qusais spreads over residential blocks and several industrial areas.
Approved, not just a typing shop
The name sounds like a print and photocopy shop, and Dubai has hundreds of those that can type a form but cannot submit it. The difference is the MOHRE approval. MOHRE now calls these places business services and guidance centers and no longer uses the Tasheel name on its pages, though everyone in Dubai still does. A center on that list can open and renew work permits, issue employment contracts and labor cards, and update a company's establishment file.
You can check any counter yourself: MOHRE's business service center locator on mohre.gov.ae searches by name or city.
What the counter cannot do
It cannot file a residence visa, an entry permit or a visa cancellation on the GDRFA side. Those go to an Amer center, and Al Qusais has several, listed on our Al Qusais page. If you only need a document typed, any typing shop will do. For the cost of the labor card itself, see our labour card guide, and for other MOHRE counters, Tasheel centers in Dubai.
