Albayraq Government Transactions is a MOHRE-approved business services center in Al Khabaisi, Deira. The MOHRE record gives the district and nothing else, and we could not find a website for the operator, so we have no street, building or hours to pass on.

Al Khabaisi is one of the busiest government-services pockets in Deira. GDRFA lists at least three Amer counters there: 24 Seven Government Transaction Center, open around the clock, Amer Eagle Government Transaction Center in the Al Owais Building, and Falcon Vision on Al Ittihad Street. Albayraq is on the other list. It files with MOHRE, not GDRFA.
So the split is simple:
- Albayraq: work permits, employment contracts, labor cards, company establishment files
- the Amer counters: entry permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes
Late-night labor files?
People who know about the 24/7 Amer counter sometimes expect the same for MOHRE work. We found no confirmed 24-hour MOHRE counter in Dubai, and Albayraq publishes no hours.
