Almarzam Government Transactions Center is a MOHRE-approved business services center in Dubai Industrial City. It is one of three MOHRE counters in our Jebel Ali area data, and the only one inside Industrial City. The other two are in Dubai Investments Park and Jebel Ali Industrial 1. The record gives no building or street, and we found no operator website.
Who it suits
Dubai Industrial City is an industrial zone a long way from the Deira and Bur Dubai counters. Employers there mostly need:
- new work permits and renewals for staff
- employment contracts in the MOHRE format
- labor cards
- updates to the company's MOHRE establishment file
All of those are MOHRE files, which is what Almarzam is approved for. If your company is still setting up, our company labour file guide covers registration, quota and the company category that sets the permit fee.
For the visa step, head north
The residence visa is a GDRFA file. In our data, the nearest Amer counters are Alyalayis Government Transaction, Jebel Ali branch and Quality Government Services Center in Dubai Investments Park. Both are on our Jebel Ali page.
Or skip the counter
If the trip is the problem, MOHRE's website and app handle many of the same services with a UAE Pass login, charging only federal fees. A business center is still useful when the file is messy or you want someone else to do the typing.
