Horizon Gate Government Transactions Center is a licensed Amer counter that GDRFA places in Al Reef Mall, Deira. It is easy to miss in searches because the group uses two names. On MOHRE's list it appears in Arabic transliteration as Bawabt Aloufouk Government Transactions Center, and there it holds a Tawjeeh licence, not a Tasheel one.

Inside a mall
A mall counter is practical for routine residency jobs, and waiting is more comfortable than on the street. GDRFA does not give the floor, the unit or any hours, and we found no website for either name. Mall hours are not counter hours, so phone before an evening visit.
