Al Khabaisi has 24 typing and clearing listings in our directory, and 9 of them are licensed counters: 3 Amer centers, 2 Tasheel centers and 4 Tadbeer centers for domestic workers. One of the Amer centers, 24 Seven Government Transaction Center (Amer 24/7) on 17 A Street, behind Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro Station, is one of only two centers in Dubai confirmed open 24 hours.

Only two of the nine publish hours. Amer 24/7 is open day and night. Falcon Vision lists Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 17:00, with a Friday break from 12:30 to 14:30. Everyone else, plan for normal office hours and check first.
Read the licence, not the sign
The Eagle group runs two licensed counters here. The one with "Amer" at the end of its name, Eagle Management Services Amer, is actually the Tasheel counter, on the ground floor of the Al Owais Building. Amer Eagle is the Amer center. GDRFA gives no street address for it, so the one we show comes from the MOHRE record of its sister counter. If you need a visa file, go to Amer Eagle. If you need a work permit or labour contract, Eagle Management Services is the right desk.
There is also a HiDubai listing called simply "Tasheel" in the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Tower on Al Ittihad Road, open daily 08:00 to 20:00. That name is not on MOHRE's list as written, so ask which licence the counter works under before you hand over papers.
The 15 private shops
The rest are 7 typing offices and 8 clearing offices, all from HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory. They keep day hours. None publishes a closing time after 21:00, and Unique Star Typing on 10A Street and Golden Future Typing on Al Etihad Road are the latest, at 21:00, Monday to Saturday. Four rows (Mubarak Obeid, Habib Hassan, Middle East Documents Clearing and Time Gold) show as closed every day, which usually means a stale record. We checked every row in , but HiDubai shows no update dates.
A private shop can type forms, translate, photocopy and run papers between counters. It cannot submit a Dubai visa: that has been Amer work since . Our guide to typing center services sets out the split.
Using Al Khabaisi well
For a housemaid or nanny, the four Tadbeer centers make this one of the easier places in Deira to start. Read the maid visa guide for the sponsor salary rule and documents first.
