Al Marwa Documnts Clearing Services L.L.C (GDRFA's spelling, with "Documnts") is a clearing company that also holds an Amer licence. GDRFA lists it in Port Saeed, Deira.
Clearing company with an Amer licence
Most "documents clearing" offices in Dubai are private agents. They collect your papers, type what can be typed and then queue at an Amer or Tasheel counter on your behalf. Since they cannot submit a GDRFA visa file themselves. Al Marwa is different on that point: its Amer licence lets it file residency applications directly, from entry permits to renewals, cancellations and status changes.

Name lookalikes
Al Marwa Typing Services, listed in Yellow Pages at the Bin Jarsh building in Al Rigga, has a similar name. We found nothing connecting it with this licence holder, so do not assume one can submit files for the other.

GDRFA gives only "Port Saeed". There is no building, no hours and no website on record. Call ahead.
