Falcon Vision Government Transactions Center LLC trades as Amer Falcon and runs the site amerfalcon.ae. GDRFA licenses it as an Amer center, and the operator gives a precise address: Al Mana Building, next to Tas-heel, near the ENOC petrol station on Al Ittihad Street, the Dubai Sharjah road through Al Khabaisi.

What the operator lists
Residence visa issue, stamping and renewal, status change, what the site calls detaching residence, golden visa applications, Dubai Health and MOHAP medical typing, health insurance through Orient, PRO services and Ejari typing. Only the Amer licence appears on an official list we checked.
