Family Care Center For Domestic Workers Services (مركز فاملي كير لخدمات العمالة المساعدة) has one of the clearer addresses on MOHRE's domestic workers list: showroom 3 in the Century 21 building on Abu Baker Al Siddique Street, Deira. Its facility number, 220847, is the lowest of any Dubai domestic workers center we checked. We found no operator website.
A first hire, step by step
If this is your first maid or nanny, the order matters more than the center you pick:
- Income proof. An expat sponsor needs family income of at least AED 25,000 a month, shown on a salary certificate and three months of bank statements.
- Choose the worker. She must be 18 to 60, with a passport valid for at least 3 months.
- Work permit. The center files it with MOHRE; 2 working days once complete.
- Medical. AED 270 for the normal test plus AED 50 for the pregnancy test that domestic workers take. See our medical test guide.
- Contract. The MOHRE standard contract, signed by both of you; 1 working day.
- Insurance and residence. Medical insurance is required in Dubai, and the residence visa is a GDRFA step.
Late counters nearby
Abu Baker Al Siddique Street runs through the same part of Deira as Al Khabaisi, where 24 Seven Government Transaction Center is one of only two Amer counters confirmed open around the clock. The Deira Amer page lists the rest, and the maid visa guide covers each step in more depth.
