Mountain Gate Center For Domestic Workers Services is a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center with facility number 944614. In Arabic it is مركز ماوتن جيت لخدمات العمالة المساعدة. MOHRE places it in showroom No. 1 of the Mohamed Said Hareb building in Port Saeed, Deira. We found no operator website and no published hours.
The rules a licensed center works under
Domestic work in the UAE has its own law, separate from the private sector labour law. The main texts are Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022, amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2023, and Cabinet Resolution No. 106 of 2022, plus MOHRE ministerial resolutions 674, 675 and 676 of 2022. For a family dealing with Mountain Gate, three obligations stand out:
- The center may not demand or accept any commission from the worker.
- Contracts must use MOHRE's approved template, and the worker gets a copy.
- If the center breaches the agreement, it owes you a replacement worker or a refund of the recruitment fees.
Ask for those terms in writing before you pay. If a center hesitates, that tells you something.
