Al Daghaya has 20 typing centers and document clearing shops in our directory: 15 typing offices and 5 clearing offices, all private. 16 of them are on a ground floor, and 15 publish a closing time of 22:00 or later. There is no Amer, Tasheel or Tadbeer counter in Al Daghaya, so it is a place for forms, copies and translations, not for submitting a visa.
Three clusters
The shops bunch around a few landmarks that HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, uses in its addresses:

The others are spread along Al Sabkha Street, Al Daghaya Street, 25B Sikka, 20th Street, 40 Street and 44 Street. Sikka numbers repeat across old Deira, so search the shop name in Google Maps rather than the lane.
The Al Daghaya day
17 of the 20 shops split their day. Most open around 09:00, close at 13:30 or 14:00, reopen at 16:30 or 17:00 and stay to 22:00. Sahra Al Madina Typing on 30C Street runs to 23:00, Monday to Saturday. Two clearing offices, Mohammed Qader and Bab Al Madena, list the same split hours every day of the week, Sunday included.
Two rows look stale. Alif Line Typing on Al Sabkha Street shows as closed every day, and Shams Almadina lists only 09:00 to 13:00. We checked each listing in , but HiDubai does not date its records.
What these shops handle
At an Al Daghaya counter you can get an Emirates ID application typed, a medical fitness form filled in, a tenancy or salary letter drafted, photocopies and translations. Clearing offices such as Ain Al Madina or Manah Almadina will also carry papers to government counters for you.
