Good Hand Government Transactions L.L.C is a GDRFA-licensed Amer center on the ground floor of Saraya Plaza, Al Rigga Road. Its website, goodhand.ae, lists only this one address.
Two licences in one group
The Amer licence covers GDRFA residency files. A sister company, Good Hand Businessmen Services, sits on MOHRE's list of business services centers, which is the Tasheel side: work permits, labor contracts and company labor files. MOHRE does not publish an address for it, though the operator's site suggests both kinds of work are handled at Saraya Plaza.
Hours, as the operator lists them
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Monday to Saturday | 08:00 to 20:00 |
| Friday | 08:00 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 |
| Sunday | Not listed |
The Friday morning window is short. Aim for the afternoon session if you cannot arrive by 10:00.
Wider list of services
Besides Amer, Tasheel and Tawjeeh, the operator lists Dubai Health medical bookings, Al Adheed court services, legal translation, notary work, DET licence transactions, trademark and RTA. Those extras are the operator's claims; only the Amer and MOHRE licences are on official lists we checked.
Alternatives on the same streets
Our Al Muraqqabat listing has three more Amer licences, including The Creek Government Transactions. Private shops are on the Al Muraqqabat page.
GDRFA list of Amer centers, MOHRE list of business services centers and the operator website, all checked .
