Tadmaids Domestic Workers Services Center L.L.C, registered in Arabic as مركز تادمايدز لخدمات العمالة المساعدة, holds MOHRE facility number 1909607. MOHRE's address is a single word, "khabaisi". A website called Tadmaids exists, but when we checked it showed nothing beyond a title, so we cannot confirm its link to the licence or list any services from it.
Leave: the part families get wrong
A domestic worker center helps you hire, but the leave rules then bind you as the employer for the whole contract. MOHRE's rules:
- Annual leave: at least 30 days a year. If the worker has served 6 to 12 months, it is 2 days a month. Unused leave can carry forward up to 60 days at the end of the contract.
- Weekly rest: one paid day a week, and 12 hours of daily rest with 8 in a row.
- Sick leave: up to 30 days a year. Here the official sources disagree. MOHRE's guidance portal says 15 days on full pay then 15 unpaid; a law text snippet says the second 15 are on half pay. Check MOHRE's page or ask the center which wording it puts in the contract.
- Ticket home: a return ticket every two years.
