Al Maarefh Government Services Center is listed twice in the official data: once by GDRFA as an Amer center and once by MOHRE as a business services center (Tasheel). Few operators in Deira hold both, and for an employer it is the useful combination, because a work visa needs a MOHRE permit and a GDRFA residence.
Where to find it
GDRFA writes the location as Reqqa Al-Bateen, Deira. The operator's own site, almaarefh.com, describes it as "Tasheel Al Maktoum, near Dubai Land Department". Both point to the Al Rigga and Al Buteen side of Deira by the Creek. MOHRE gives no address for its Tasheel record, and we assume both licences work from the same office, but have not confirmed it.
Hours
The website gives 08:00 to 20:00 with Sunday and public holidays closed. Elsewhere on the same page it says seven days a week. Plan on Monday to Saturday.
