Excellence Domestic Workers Services Center L.L.C (مركز اكسيلنس لخدمات العمالة المساعدة) holds MOHRE facility number 1718904 and is listed in Al Quoz Industrial 3. It is one of the 42 domestic workers centers on MOHRE's Dubai list. We could not find an operator website we could verify, so hours and packages are not on this page.
Two kinds of MOHRE counter, one district
Al Quoz Industrial 3 is a working district, and the MOHRE counters here split into two types. Business services centers, the ones people call Tasheel, such as Enjaz Almostqbal, handle company staff: work permits, labour contracts and establishment files. Domestic workers centers like Excellence handle staff employed by a household. If you run a business and also employ a family driver, you may need both, on two different files.
Moving a worker already in Dubai
A common job at centers in this area is taking over a maid or cook from another family. MOHRE's conditions say the worker must not hold a valid work permit when the new one is filed, the passport needs at least 3 months left, and the worker must be 18 or older. The age cap of 60 is waived when the worker is inside the UAE and the previous domestic residence was cancelled within the last 3 months.

Ritaj and Yalla Maids are also in Al Quoz Industrial 3. The Al Quoz Amer page lists GDRFA counters, and the maid visa guide explains the sponsor income rule.
