Home care center for domestic workers services LLC is a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center, the kind people know as Tadbeer, at Villa 462 on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 2. It is one of the few Tadbeer counters on the Jumeirah side of the city, which matters if you live between Satwa and Umm Suqeim and don't want to cross to Deira or Al Quoz for a contract signature.
Which jobs count as domestic work
The name suggests care at home, but the licence is broader and also narrower than people expect. MOHRE's list has 19 domestic occupations. It includes housemaid, cook, nanny, family driver, gardener, home nurse, private tutor and personal assistant. Anyone employed by your household in one of those roles is filed here. A nurse employed by a clinic, or a tutor employed by a school, is not; those are company files at a Tasheel counter.
What the center files
A domestic workers center recruits workers, applies for the domestic work permit and issues the MOHRE standard contract. MOHRE quotes 2 working days for the permit and 1 working day for the contract once the worker has a valid medical fitness result. The contract must follow MOHRE's template and the worker keeps a copy.
