Ozone International Domestic Workers Services is a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center whose official address is simply "Dubai / Dragon Mart". That's the big trading mall in International City, so come with a unit number from the center or you may walk a long way.
When the worker is already here
Plenty of hires in Dubai don't involve recruiting from abroad. A friend's maid is leaving her job, or a nanny is in town on a visit visa. A Tadbeer counter like Ozone can still file the domestic work permit and the MOHRE standard contract, but the paperwork shifts a little:
- On a visit or tourist visa: bring the worker's current visa with your usual sponsor papers.
- Coming from another employer: bring the cancellation of the previous visa. MOHRE won't issue a new permit while the old work permit is still valid, so the former employer has to cancel first.
- Over 60: normally the age limit, but MOHRE makes an exception for a worker already in the UAE whose previous domestic residence was cancelled within the last 3 months.
The passport still needs at least 3 months of validity, and the medical fitness test still has to be passed before the contract is issued.

We found no operator website for Ozone, so we can't say what it charges or whether it also recruits from abroad. Ask before you go.
