Housekeeping Domestic workers LLC is a MOHRE-approved domestic workers center in the Indigo Sky Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, in Umm Al Sheif. MOHRE's own address line points to Exit 2 of the Equiti metro station. Few Tadbeer counters on the MOHRE list sit this far down Sheikh Zayed Road, so this one is handy for families in Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha and the villa communities off the southern stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road.
Hiring for a big household
Villas in this part of town often run with a housemaid, a nanny and a driver at once, sometimes more. One MOHRE rule matters before you book an appointment. There's no hard ceiling on the number of domestic workers, but MOHRE wants a written explanation for each worker beyond the fifth. Write it in advance; a missing letter is an easy reason for a file to sit. Each hire also needs its own MOHRE standard contract, signed by you and that worker.
Insurance is on you
MOHRE puts an adequate insurance policy on the employer's file and requires Dubai employers to provide adequate medical insurance for the worker. A Tadbeer package may include it. Ask what cover is included and for how long, so you don't end up paying twice.
Income check
Expat sponsors need a salary certificate showing family income of at least AED 25,000 a month and three months of bank statements. If you're adding a third or fourth worker, the same rule applies to the household, so have the paperwork ready.
